Project Coordinator - Subtitling

ABOUT THE ROLE

Salary range: $23ph DOE

Location: El Segundo CA/Hybrid Remote Working

We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator for our busy Subtitling department in El Segundo, CA. The Subtitling team work with major high-end clients including Disney, Netflix, and HBO, on numerous ongoing projects within agreed time frames and funding parameters.

The Project Coordinator in Subtitling supports the execution of localization projects by reviewing project requirements, setting up orders, preparing project assets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Duties and responsibilities include;

• Enter project orders into internal systems, ensuring project information is accurate and up to date.
• Upload, organize, and validate project assets to ensure they are available for production.
• Coordinate and communicate with other departments to support project workflows and resolve issues.
• Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks as needed to ensure projects remain on track.
