The Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking an Information and Referral Facilitator to receive and document calls, relay messages to Intake Workers, and refer clients to appropriate services. This role maintains confidentiality and manages scheduling and records using Bell Data and calendars.
You will assist in basic eligibility screening, coordinate with internal teams and partner organizations, and participate in trainings to serve participants across the Tri-County area.
