- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

- Education or equivalency:
Requires a high school diploma or GED. - Experience:
Must have a minimum of two (2) years of facilities related experience that demonstrates an understanding of the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Job Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Director of Facilities Management, the Facilities Specialist supports all facilities activities. This position will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers seeking support and information from the Facilities department of Cadence Education. The Facilities Specialist will provide administrative support to the Director of Facilities Management and the Facilities department and manage functions including Work Order coordination, database management, daily office operations, coordination of procurement systems, and maintaining facilities records.
Additionally, the Facilities Specialist will manage all outside vendors including maintaining records and contracts, coordinating project activities, and providing scheduling support.
