Equip Rehabilitation Assistant

Responsible for printing of materials. Organize of supplies and equipment. Upload and organize documents to the EQUIP organization Blackboard as a permanent repository. Occasionally pick up supplies within the local area. Enter data into spreadsheets. Upload and organize photos of all events. Creation of flyers & hanging of flyers for upcoming events. Assist with booking of room reservations for events. Other duties as assigned.

Preferable undergraduate student enrolled in Physical or Occupational Therapy or Health Science Studies. Good interpersonal skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel;
Canva would be an additional strength. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Ability to self-initiate and work independently.

Ability to work (2) 4-hour shifts during the week (M-F between 8-5PM). Some of it would be on the North Haven Campus with some ability for remote work. Ability to be flexible on high academic weeks to rearrange schedule.
