Orano USA is seeking a Operations Coordinator to support smooth daily operations across multiple office locations by managing centralized services, coordinating key facility partners, and ensuring consistent administrative processes.
As the Operations Coordinator
, you'll play a critical role in the Corporate Shared Services by maintaining facility readiness, supporting IT‑related workflows, administering the corporate purchasing card program, and leading cross‑business operational projects.
- Vendor & Office Services Coordination
- Oversee centralized office service providers, including procurement platforms, facility supply partners, and regional shipping carriers.
- Manage Badging & Access Services, including badge creation, access record maintenance, and coordination of access‑control hardware support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise records storage and retrieval services.
- Act as the main liaison for facility network, Wi‑Fi, and connectivity service providers.
- Coordinate printer service needs, including maintenance and shared supply management.
- Support facility projects such as office openings/closings, network and security setup, and furniture installations.
- IT Coordination
- Assist with software license tracking, provisioning, and access requests in alignment with IT guidelines.
- Provide backup support for processing orders for employee computers, mobile devices, and desktop software.
- PCard Administration
- Administer the corporate purchasing card program, ensuring adherence to finance best practices and strong audit controls.
- Support card issuance, limit changes, and profile maintenance.
- Conduct routine compliance audits of receipts, coding, and policy adherence to ensure accuracy and prevent misuse.
- Business Administration
- Support cross‑business administrative processes to ensure consistency and reduce unnecessary cross‑charging.
- Establish and maintain the business card ordering process.
- Lead operational projects such as storage cleanouts or process standardization initiatives.
- Create purchase requisitions for designated orders.
- Assist with new vendor setup and sponsorship approval workflows.
- Provide conference logistics support, including ordering, storage, shipping invoice coordination, and vendor quotes.
- Manage document control activities, including scanning, storage, and participation on the Records Management Committee.
- High School Diploma.
- 7-10 years in office management, facilities coordination, or corporate shared services.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple locations or remote business units.
- Comfortable with IT hardware/software coordination and quick to learn enterprise systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and interact across diverse teams and levels of management.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong multi‑tasking ability, and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related discipline.
- Experience in US government contracting enterprises, DOE, NNSA, NRC.
- Onsite at the Project IKE Program Management Office (PMO) in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
