Location: City of Albany
St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking a Program Liaison (8 hours/week) to support community health programs and grant-funded initiatives.
This hybrid role is primarily work-from-home, with occasional meetings and events in the Troy/Albany area. Responsibilities include coordinating trainings and events, supporting communications and social media, assisting with community outreach, and providing project and administrative support.
