Pairs is hiring an Executive Assistant to the Founders to own the calendars, correspondence, travel, and follow-through of our two co-founders.
The role requires protecting time across time zones, drafting in each founder's voice, and managing both inboxes with high confidentiality. You will build systems, support two principals, and work AI-first to anticipate needs and drive trust.
Fully remote, fast-moving environment with high autonomy and direct reporting to both founders.
