Time & Attendance App

• track and maintain work time for hourly employees.
• ensure accurate time records.
• generate reports as requested.
• enter new employees into timekeeping system.
• all other relevant duties as assigned.

• high school diploma or equivalent, with completed college courses preferred.
• knowledge of kronos attendance application preferred.
• excellent technology and computer skills, with advanced knowledge of excel.

• ability to remain seated and work at a computer workstation for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day with customary breaks).
• frequent use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone/headset.
• ability to read information displayed on computer monitors and other electronic devices.
• frequent verbal communication to interact with clients, employees, and internal stakeholders via phone, video conferencing, and email.
• ability to perform repetitive hand and finger movements required for keyboarding and data entry.
• occasionally move about the office to attend meetings, collaborate with team members, or access office equipment.
• occasionally lift and/or move office materials or equipment weighing up to 10 pounds.
• ability to work in a standard office or remote work environment with minimal physical exertion.
• ability to maintain regular attendance and work a scheduled shift, including occasional overtime or adjusted hours based on business needs.
