Position Overview

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role
. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, supporting executive operations, project coordination, reporting, communications, travel, and organizational initiatives. The position requires strong judgment, discretion, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate executive communications and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials.
  • Assist with data analysis, project coordination, KPI reporting, and business operations.
  • Support budgeting, administrative processes, and organizational initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Ideal Background
  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience.
  • Experience supporting senior executives in a complex or professional environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent written communication, grammar, and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
