The Account Administrator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Fairway, KS, in our Amusements Department, with flexibility for some work from home. This role supports account managers and clients by maintaining accurate account records, processing policy changes, and assisting with billing and payment inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include reconciling accounts, preparing documentation, updating client information in systems, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
The Account Administrator responds to client questions, helps resolve issues, and supports renewal processes and policy reviews. The role requires strong attention to detail, consistent follow-up, and effective communication with both clients and colleagues.
- Finance and Accounting skills to support billing, payment processing, and basic financial review.
- Customer Service and Account Management skills to build relationships, respond to inquiries, and assist with renewals and policy changes.
- Account Reconciliation skills to verify accuracy of records, resolve discrepancies, and maintain organized account files.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Comfort working with insurance or financial systems, spreadsheets, and office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, CRM or agency management platforms).
- High level of accuracy, organization, and time management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating reliability, initiative, and collaboration with on-site and remote team members.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a related administrative role is preferred; relevant associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
