Office Assistant - Track and Field Program

Salary/Position Classification

• $15.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
• 10-20 hours per week

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position. Students must qualify for federal work study dollars.

• Retrieval and sorting of mail
• Answering phones and communicating any correspondence with the UND track coaching staff
• Entering recruiting data Assist with apparel - organizing and distributing to SA Other projects assigned

• Successful completion of criminal history records check
• Experience with Office Technology preferred (ex. copying machine)
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact with a wide array of socio-economic backgrounds.
• Work within the policies and procedures of the University environment.
• Operate as a team player within a group.
• Willing and able to follow the directions of supervisors.
