Apollo Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a Remote, full-time Admissions Coordinator for Intake to support timely psychiatric admissions by coordinating intake documentation, eligibility review, and admission readiness.
You will manage intake inquiries and forms, review referral packets for admission criteria, maintain intake logs, coordinate with physicians and the Director of Nursing, prepare new-admit documents, and complete insurance verification once a physician accepts the patient.
