About the Role:
We are seeking an Executive Assistant, Executive Leadership & Marketing Support to join our team. This position provides high-level administrative and operational support to C-suite and senior executives, ensuring the seamless execution of business priorities through exceptional organization, discretion, and stakeholder coordination. This role serves as a trusted partner in managing confidential matters, executive logistics, strategic initiatives, and complex business activities.
Additionally, the Executive Assistant supports the Marketing department with project coordination, communications, events, and marketing initiatives that advance organizational goals.
The Executive Assistant partners closely with executive leadership, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to optimize executive effectiveness, facilitate communication, and ensure the successful execution of organizational priorities and marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and scheduling priorities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare expense reports, invoices, and related documentation.
- Draft and edit executive communications, presentations, and reports.
- Support leadership meetings, offsites, and company events.
- Coordinate contracts, approvals, and electronic document workflows.
- Provide administrative and project support for Marketing initiatives.
- Assist with marketing communications, events, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain project timelines and support departmental priorities.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of executive administrative experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information.
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders and multiple priorities.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting C-suite executives within a healthcare, healthcare services, or professional services organization.
- Experience planning executive meetings, leadership retreats, corporate events, or trade shows.
- Familiarity with contract administration, invoice processing, and vendor management processes.
- Experience supporting marketing, communications, or brand-related initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Project coordination or project management experience.
