Documentation Control & Training Administrator
The Documentation Control & Training Administrator supports document control operations and training documentation within an FDA-regulated environment. This contract role maintains data integrity, workflow efficiency, and compliance across documentation and training systems.
Onsite with remote work on Friday
Hours Per Week- 37.5
Schedule:
8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
Document Control & Administration
- Convert Google Docs and Sheets into standardized MS Word and MS Excel formats while reviewing and correcting document formatting to align with quality standards.
- Act as a system administrator in documentation systems: upload documents, verify formatting, and route files through review, approval, periodic review, and retirement life cycles.
- Determine appropriate document reviewers and approvers, verifying active system permissions prior to initiating routing workflows.
- Issue communications to inform relevant teams of newly approved documents.
- Assist with day-to-day activities
Training Administration
- Ensure training courses are accurately set up for all newly created or revised documents.
- Manage training system logistics: build and adjust training groups, assign matrixed training, and monitor completion metrics across teams.
- Act as a system administrator in the Learning Management System
- Provide user support for the Learning Management System, guiding users on system navigation and course completion steps.
- Submit administrative tickets to the support team to create training courses, assign, remove, or adjust employee training courses as required.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in document control and training administration within an FDA-regulated industry. Software Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with SAP, ETQ Reliance, and Success Factors LMS or similar. High level of proficiency with Google Suite, MS Word and Excel
Competencies:
Strong attention to detail, knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and clear written and verbal communication.
