POSITION SUMMARY:
Check Box Pro is seeking an experienced Account Manager located within approximately one hour of Santa Fe, New Mexico to provide executive assistant support to the CEO of a national education organization.
A Check Box Pro Account Manager is trained in the Check Box Pro (CBP) method to effectively support and expand the capacity of education leaders. At the core of Check Box Pro's mission is the belief that when repetitive, time-intensive tasks are taken off a leader's plate, that leader can spend more of their time and energy focused on the mission of their organization.
This particular role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with a senior executive, anticipates needs, brings order to complexity, and takes pride in making things run smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a primarily remote position with an in-person component. The Account Manager should live within approximately one hour of Santa Fe and be available for in-person support approximately once per month, with occasional additional local support as needed.
A Check Box Pro Account Manager reports directly to the founder and CEO of Check Box Pro.

The Account Manager will provide dedicated executive support that may include:
Executive Support- Meet regularly with the CEO to understand priorities, upcoming commitments, and support needs
- Manage a complex executive calendar based on the CEO's preferences and priorities
- Coordinate meetings and scheduling with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Provide purchasing, expense, and reimbursement support
- Organize and maintain important documents and administrative information
- Anticipate upcoming needs and proactively address logistical details
- Support special projects and administrative priorities as needed
- Meet with the CEO in person approximately once per month, with occasional additional support as needed
- Assist with physical documents requiring signatures, organization, filing, or mailing
- Help organize and manage materials that cannot be handled virtually
- Provide an in-person administrative touchpoint when a task is more efficiently completed face-to-face
- Provide basic administrative and logistical support related to board meetings
- Assist with scheduling, travel, reimbursements, venues, and other board logistics as assigned
- Support additional administrative projects when capacity allows
- Meet weekly with the CBP team to ensure client services are being delivered
- Work collaboratively with the CBP Operations Manager to find strategic solutions for client priorities
- Track work with clients to provide insight and data for current and projected client services
- Respect client confidentiality
- Provide contracted services to leaders, which may include:
- Meeting with leaders on a weekly basis
- Working strategically with leaders to achieve their work priorities
- Coordinating calendar and travel arrangements based on leader preferences
- Providing purchase and reimbursement support as needed
- Supporting leaders with special projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of K-12 work experience
- Lives within approximately one hour of Santa Fe, New Mexico
- Significant experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or school leaders
- Strong calendar management and scheduling skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral communication
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and independently solve problems
- Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively
- Ability to prioritize competing requests and shifting priorities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable learning and navigating new technology platforms
- 1099 status
- Hourly rate of $25.00 - $27.00
- Flexible working hours
