The Partnerships Administrator serves as the operational backbone of the TENx
10 Partnerships team. This role provides comprehensive team administration, coordinates partnership system sand logistics, and delivers focused direct support to the Director of Partner Strategy. The Administrator creates structure, anticipates operational needs, and builds administrative systems so the team can strengthen partner relationships and advance TENx
10's mission.
Coordinate team meetings, including scheduling, agendas, materials, notes, and follow-up on action items. Maintain shared calendars, team files, standard operating procedures, contact lists, and other administrative resources. Support team onboarding, purchasing, expense processing, reporting, and cross-functional administrative coordination.
Partnership AdministrationMaintain accurate partner records, contact information, activity notes, and opportunity data in the CRM. Coordinate partner onboarding, scheduling, resource fulfillment, and routine administrative communication. Track requests, commitments, deadlines, and follow-up items to help ensure a responsive and consistent partner experience.
Events & OperationsCoordinate invite lists for partner events and convenings. Liaise with internal teams, venues, vendors, and participants to keep event details organized and on schedule. Maintain event records, support post-event follow-up, and identify administrative improvements for future gatherings.
General AdministrationPrepare documents, presentations, reports, and other materials in support of Partnerships team priorities. Maintain orderly digital records and administrative systems (within TENx
10 tech stack).
Manage calendar coordination, meeting preparation, event arrangements, event logistics, and expense reporting for the Director. Support communications efforts via and email to streamline responses, follow-up, and coordination of partner initiatives. Track the Director's action items and follow-up commitments, help organize priorities, and anticipate administrative needs that support effective leadership.
Knowledge and Skills RequiredAssociate's or bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Three or more years of administrative, operations, executive support, or related experience; nonprofit or ministry experience is preferred. Exceptional organization, attention to detail, follow-through, discretion, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented, collaborative approach. Proficiency with Google Workspace and experience with CRM, project management, and expense-reporting systems.

This position is available for remote work within the US, subject to payroll state approval by Fuller Seminary Pay Scale Hourly rate the seminary expects to pay: $20.00 - $23.50 per hour USDFuller Theological Seminary is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
