Location: Northern
Hub Spot’s Marketing organization seeks an Executive Assistant to provide world-class support to senior leaders and enable a high-performing, connected team. You’ll report to the Chief of Staff to the CMO and work alongside two other EAs to deliver a seamless executive-support experience.
You’ll master complex calendars, travel, and meeting requests for 3–4+ VPs, coordinate coverage, plan All Team meetings and offsites, process expenses, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
