Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center is seeking a full-time Remote Scheduler to handle inbound scheduling requests for mobile notary appointments across the country. You will manage requests via CSN software, communicate with customers and notaries by phone, email and text, and support the scheduling team.
The ideal candidate has prior Escrow, Notary Signing Agent or Lending experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
