Location: Northern
Neighbor Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This full-time, non-exempt role primarily handles appointment scheduling and front-office coordination. The position starts as remote with potential move to on-site or hybrid arrangements as needs evolve.
The ideal candidate will manage the appointment call queue, schedule new and return visits, assist with provider templates, and liaise with community partners. Proficiency in Epic and MS Office is preferred.
