Commercial collections and judgment enforcement. Position includes the following roles:

  • Filing and managing post-judgment enforcements including bank garnishments, wage garnishments, levies, executions, writs of bodily attachment, etc.
  • Calendaring hearings and deadlines
  • Review bankruptcy dockets on Pacer and file proof of claims.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Florida debt collections
  • Post-judgment enforcement experience, including Florida garnishment process, filing in Ecourts, and scheduling hearings in various counties in Florida
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Google Suite (Gmail, Google drive, Calendar)
  • This is a fully remote position. The candidate must be technologically proficient, comfortable working independently, and able to quickly learn and navigate new software, platforms, and case-management systems without significant supervision.
  • Familiarity with Pacer system

    • New York judgment enforcement experience is a plus.
