Job Summary

Are you a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Grande is looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders on our Operations & Engineering Business Team
. In this dynamic role, you'll serve as a trusted partner to executives, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and helping drive key business priorities forward. You'll play a vital role in connecting leaders, facilities, and Home Office teams by coordinating meetings, facility visits, and special events, while also supporting Associate engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives across the organization. If you're a resourceful problem-solver who enjoys building relationships, creating exceptional experiences, and making things happen behind the scenes, we'd love to meet you!

What you need to be considered for the role:

  • 2 Year / Associate's Degree in Administrative, Business or other related field required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years related experience supporting executive or senior management required.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to prioritize meeting requests based on direction from Executive(s).
  • Strong communication skills with ability to speak effectively before groups of Associates of organization.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Advanced software skills (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint), and internet research abilities.

Preferred:

  • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Administrative, Business or other related field preferred.
