Job SummaryThe Production Control Clerk (PCC) provides administrative and dispatch support for Operations & Maintenance services at a large government building. This role manages work orders, coordinates service calls, supports technicians, and serves as a key communication link between the client, field staff, and home office.
Key Responsibilities- Create, assign, and track maintenance work orders
- Dispatch service calls to maintenance personnel
- Enter and manage work orders and inventory in Maximo (CMMS)
- Monitor job status to ensure timely completion
- Communicate updates to technicians, management, and clients
- Maintain inventory levels and reorder parts and supplies
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery
- Assist with improving and documenting maintenance procedures
- Support training on updated procedures as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with Maximo CMMS (required)
- 3+ years of experience in facilities management, service dispatching, or similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- U.S. Citizen or approved registered alien
