Role DescriptionThe Administration and Compliance Coordinator is a full-time role based in Williamston, MI. This role oversees administrative processes, maintains accurate records, and supports daily office operations to ensure smooth workflows. The coordinator assists in implementing and monitoring compliance policies, prepares documentation for internal reviews and external audits, and helps ensure adherence to relevant regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and updating files, tracking deadlines, coordinating training sessions, communicating with internal stakeholders, and compiling reports for management.
The role also involves identifying process improvements, supporting compliance-related projects, and providing general administrative support to leadership as needed.
- Strong Regulatory Compliance knowledge and experience applying policies and procedures in an operational setting.
- Analytical Skills for reviewing documentation, identifying discrepancies, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with team members and external partners.
- Experience with Training, including assisting in the development and delivery of compliance and administrative training materials.
- Auditing skills for supporting internal reviews, preparing for inspections, and maintaining accurate records.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, databases) and document management systems.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with reliability in onsite and remote work settings. Prior experience in administration, compliance, or a related field is preferred.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, Management, or a related discipline is beneficial.
- Bilingual preferably (English and Spanish)
