Mansfield Service Partners is looking for an Entry-Level
Billing Clerk for our Houston, TX location.
No previous billing experience is required.
We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable working on a computer, and willing to learn. We'll provide the training you need to be successful in the role.
You’ll primarily review information for accuracy, enter and submit customer invoices, and process billing corrections when needed.
- Work remote EVERY Friday

Responsibilities- Review quotes, pricing, shipping documents, and other information for accuracy
- Enter billing information and process customer invoices
- Submit invoices through customer portals
- Send invoices by email or mail as needed
- Review requests for invoice corrections
- Make approved changes and process credits and rebills
- Maintain accurate and organized billing records and documentation
- Track invoice corrections for monthly reporting
- Follow established processes and procedures
- Assist with other billing and administrative tasks as needed
Formal Education & Certification
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and established processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Previous office, data entry, customer service, administrative, or billing experience is a plus, but not required.
