- Answering phones
- Part number entryas needed
- Customer/contact entry
- Fraud Detection
- Ability and comfort working with computer applications- the majority of time isspent working inNet Suite
- Display a highlevel of punctuality and dependability
- Excellent attention todetail
- Fast and accurate typing skills

- Capability to workin a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate in a clearand helpful manner when corresponding with customers

SKILLS:
- Familiarity with Net Suiteor similar business management software
- Experience using amulti-line telephone system
- Experience with sharing a workload while working as part of a team

This position is located in South Burlington, Vermont, with the option to work from home 40% of the
time following the completion of training.
