Assistant Project Manager job at MN International Enterprises LLC. Washington DC.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience working in a construction management capacity on 20M+ dollar projects for a General Contractor.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Proficiency in Plan Grid, Procore, and Sage 300 Timberline
- Organized, with great attention to detail
- Well versed in Excel and all MS Office Programs
- Strong and proactive communication (written, phone, and in person)
- Ability to work well with colleagues, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and the community
- Salary Range: $75, commensurate with experience
- 100% COVID-19 vaccinated project management team
