What You’ll DoAs the Medical Back Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to clinic and mobile operations. This position reports to the Lead, Virtual Medical Back Office Coordinator.
The Day to Day- Answer incoming phone calls in a fast paced/high volume environment.
- Achieve daily goals consistently as outlined by management.
- Listening actively to patients’ concerns, understanding their needs, and provide accurate information.
- Perform registration and insurance verification/updates for patient visits.
- Tracks member consents of enrolled and engaged members.
- Conducts outreach toestablishedmembers utilizing ad hoc lists, no show and canceled reports and/or assigned panel lists.
- Obtains medical records,processescare plan andvisitsummaries,processes and mail membereducational materials.
- Completes ongoing trainingtofurther skills and development.
- Ensures all member engagements are documented accurately.
- Assist with special projects outside of normal scope of responsibility when necessary.
- 2+ years combinedofrelated education, experience, or certification.
