LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading law firm to fill their open Office Administrator job in Denver, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 10 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $95,000 and $105,000 annually. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).
Responsibilities:- Overseeing all office staff
- Serving as the liaison between staff and the senior leadership team
- Assisting attorneys with Legal Assistant duties: case management, legal research, document preparation, client communications, state and federal e-filing, etc.
- Managing all administrative functions including complex calendaring, preparing conference rooms for meetings, generating internal and external correspondence, planning corporate events, etc.
- Working with vendors to maintain all facilities and supplies
- Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures and policies
- Assisting with managing the office’s finances and generating reports
- Monitoring performance metrics and identifying areas of opportunity for improvement
- Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- All other relevant tasks as required
- At least 10 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven leadership experience
- Previous experience with law firm software
- Annual salary between $95,000 and $105,000
