Supports the Marketing Department with the exhibits program for major book conferences and provides clerical support for author events, awards, publicity outreach, promotional materials, and routine budget tracking.
Qualifications- Required
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent - Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Required Experience: 2+ years Relevant Office Experience
- Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Experience with digital marketing (email, social media, etc.); familiarity with MS Office necessary. Organizational skills/ability to multitask; ability to travel. Experience with title management systems.
- Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Familiarity with InDesign, Dreamweaver, and Word Press.
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the hourly rate for this position is USD $37.334. This rate is based on bargaining unit contracts. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
