Claims Analyst

This position offers remote work opportunities, with in-person training at our Auburn Hills Headquarters.

Role Overview:

The ITR Analyst oversees all repair requests for manufacturer vehicles, including glass, tire, battery, and miscellaneous repairs, as well as towing. They are tasked with achieving daily objectives and meeting management's expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing daily emails
• Recording and processing log sheets or emails to create malfunction/work order reports
• Assigning work orders to technicians, contractors, etc., daily
• Maintaining a daily call log for vehicles in repair, expediting repairs, and updating holding reports
• Closing out work orders
• Providing necessary documents to the billing department

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in correspondence and email management
• Familiarity with computer software such as Word and Excel
• Ability to use scanners and fax machines
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute or greater
• Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple tasks
• Understanding of the automotive industry, towing, and carriers
• Effective communication skills with both manufacturers and management
• Basic knowledge of vehicle damage and repairs
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
