Role DescriptionThe Receptionist role is a part-time, hybrid position based in Rockledge, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and serving as the first point of contact for clients and partners. Daily tasks include managing the front desk, scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. The Receptionist will support the legal team with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and organizing client records.
This position also involves responding to inquiries with professionalism, maintaining a welcoming office environment, and following confidentiality and privacy standards.
- Strong receptionist and front desk skills, including experience with Receptionist Duties and basic office procedures.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and the ability to manage multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately.
- Solid Clerical Skills such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and handling documents with attention to detail.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact courteously with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, calendar tools, word processing); experience with legal or real estate offices is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, professional setting.
- High level of reliability, discretion, and adherence to confidentiality standards; dependable transportation to the Rockledge, FL office.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in office administration or customer service is beneficial.
