• Manage calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and prioritise the day
• Triage and respond to inbox traffic on behalf of leaders, flagging items requiring attention
• Conduct research and prepare summaries on companies, people, and topics as briefed
• Coordinate travel, expense reports, and reimbursements end-to-end
• Prepare documents, presentations, and trackers using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Coordinate and support programs connected to The Echo Initiative platform.

• 1+ Years in an administrative, executive support, or virtual assistant role
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
• Excellent written English and clear, professional communication
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• A systems-thinking approach to breaking complex problems into actionable steps
• Bias toward action and the ability to drive tasks to completion
• Reliable home office setup and a stable internet connection
• Nice to have:
  Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, Asana, or similar platforms.
