JOB TITLE:Coordinator, By Western Hands
JOB PURPOSE:Support the By Western Hands and University of Wyoming College ofArts & Sciences collaborations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Coordinate calendars
- Manage communications between By Western Hands and Universityof Wyoming organizers and leaders
- Manage day-to-day logistics of the collaboration between ByWestern Hands and University of Wyoming
- Advertise and market events and drive student and communityattendance
- Plan and execute regional classes and collaborations
- Assist with internships
Pay: $30 per hour
Schedule:
Up to 20 hours per week
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of related experience
- Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the Driving for University BusinessSAP.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with managing calendars
- Event management experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
This position is eligible for remote work, however, the successful candidate must be able to travel to Cody, WY and Laramie, WY tosupport workshops/classes in person as needed.
