• Serve as the main point of contact for patients after they begin care
• Handle scheduling changes, billing questions, and troubleshooting of video-visit platforms
• Respond to patient requests across phone, email, and text with empathy and professionalism
• Translate complex information like billing or scheduling into reassuring, easy-to-understand guidance
• Spot and resolve issues early, follow up proactively, and get things right the first time
• Learn and adapt to new platforms such as electronic health records, messaging tools, and scheduling or billing software

• Clear, kind, and patient communication style
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and pride in accuracy
• Composed and resourceful when juggling multiple requests
• Comfortable picking up new software tools quickly
• Genuine commitment to making mental health care accessible for older adults
• Background in customer support, patient support, care coordination, or healthcare administration is welcome
