About the CompanyWe are a rapidly growing U.S.
-based consumer debt relief law firm. We represent individuals working to resolve and reduce consumer debt through debt settlement, credit defense, foreclosure and garnishment protection, and loan modification. Our clients are people navigating real financial pressure, so the work is high-volume, client-centered, and detail-driven. As our caseload grows, we are expanding our bilingual support team to keep cases moving efficiently and clients well-informed.
This role exists to keep our case pipeline moving. As new clients come on, someone has to make sure every file is complete, documented, and progressing — and that clients and creditors are communicated with clearly in both English and Spanish. You will sit at the center of case flow: gathering and organizing client documents, logging communications, following up on outstanding items, and preparing materials for attorney and senior staff review.
This frees our legal team to focus on strategy while you ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Full training on our processes and systems is provided, so we are looking for someone organized and quick to learn as much as someone with prior processing experience.
Case Processing & Documentation
- Process and organize client case files, ensuring each is complete and accurate
- Prepare and format documents, agreements, and reports for attorney or senior staff review
- Follow up on missing documentation and track case milestones through completion
Client & Creditor Communication (Bilingual)
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with clients in both English and Spanish
- Communicate with creditors, mortgage servicers, and third parties on case status
- Log all client and creditor interactions accurately and promptly
Data & Records Management
- Maintain and update case management databases and spreadsheets
- Enter and verify client and case data with a high degree of accuracy
- Sort, route, and respond to incoming mail and email
Administrative & Scheduling Support
- Manage calendars and schedule client appointments and internal meetings
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate team member or department
- Provide general administrative support to the legal and processing team
- 3–5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, case processor, or in a similar support role
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) — this is non-negotiable given daily client and creditor calls
- Genuine comfort managing a high volume of phone calls
- Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
- Comfortable adapting quickly to new tools, systems, and processes
- Able to work full U.S. Pacific hours (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PDT) and available on Skype throughout the shift
- Based in Latin America with a reliable remote work setup
- Prior experience in legal, debt relief, collections, financial services, mortgage, or a BPO supporting U.S. clients
- Familiarity with case management or CRM software
- Exposure to client-facing work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
You are highly organized and take ownership of keeping things on track. You are comfortable on the phone and can shift between English and Spanish naturally, with warmth and professionalism. You catch the small details others miss, you follow up without being asked, and you stay calm and steady in a high-volume environment. You learn new systems quickly and want to grow with a firm that will invest in training you.
