Virtual Admin Assistant , UK digital marketing agency; remote, South

We're a small UK agency doing websites, SEO and AI search work for clients, and we need someone reliable to help us stay on top of things day to day. This is our first proper hire, not a one off gig. If you're good, there's real room to grow into more.

• Logging new leads that come in through Whats App or referrals, and keeping track of where each one is in our process
• Chasing proposals that have gone quiet, on a set schedule, so we stop letting things slip
• Pulling simple recurring reports from tools like Google Search Console. We'll train you on this properly, you don't need any SEO background
• Checking our website backups actually completed and are filed properly
• General admin: scheduling, drafting messages, keeping our process notes updated

• Strong written English, no exceptions on this one
• Someone who can follow written instructions properly rather than winging it, especially on anything client facing
• Available during UK hours so we can go back and forth in real time
• Organised. If you spot a problem you say something straight away rather than hoping it sorts itself out
• Comfortable with basic Google Workspace/spreadsheets. That's it, no marketing experience needed

• Everything written down properly. You won't be left guessing what we actually want
• A real path to more responsibility and better pay as you prove yourself, potentially into content or marketing work down the line
