- Support teens and families entering the virtual mental health program.
- Help families navigate intake and keep records organized.
- Collaborate with admissions and clinical teams in a non-clinical role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide families through intake logistics, paperwork, scheduling, and program updates.
- Maintain intake documents, attendance, census records, and other program records.
- Support virtual sessions by monitoring chat and troubleshooting Zoom.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience in behavioral health, clinical, educational, or administrative setting.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
