- Manage e-filing and e-service across state and federal portals, including California approved vendors.
- Prepare discovery and litigation shells, format pleadings, and schedule court appearances.
- Oversee expense tracking, administrative billing, and quality assurance.
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of administrative support, preferably in legal.
- Direct experience with multiple filing platforms and advanced MS Office skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM.
- Rate: $26.92/hour. Total compensation may include overtime and shift differential.
- Offers contingent on background and drug screen.
