Right Way ABA is a woman-owned, BCBA-led behavioral health company providing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism spectrum disorder and related diagnoses, ages 2-18. We specialize in comprehensive center-based and in-home therapy models designed to support meaningful skill development and family empowerment.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This fully remote position plays a vital role in supporting our clinical and operational infrastructure, ensuring seamless communication and accurate documentation across all company platforms.
Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $45,000–$55,000 (commensurate with experience)

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system access
Answer and appropriately direct incoming inquiries to relevant staff members
Provide accurate, professional information about Right Way ABA services to callers
Maintain comprehensive and confidential employee records, including payroll documentation and HR documentation
Facilitate benefits enrollment and education for full-time employees
Audit and maintain current, accurate information across all company platforms and databases
Identify and elevate data discrepancies or outdated information for timely correction
Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize administrative workflows and efficiency
Assist with client onboarding, boarding, scheduling and other client related administrative tasks
Demonstrated customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities
Calm, empathic interpersonal approach with diverse stakeholders
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Clinical ABA experience or familiarity with autism spectrum disorder
Experience working within healthcare or behavioral health settings
