About the Lindner Admissions Office

The Lindner Admissions team is embedded within the Student Services Department in the Lindner College of Business. We are guided by the values of accountability, integrity, communication, and growth. The Admissions Office consists of two sub-teams that work collaboratively to support the student journey:
Undergraduate Admissions and Graduate Admissions.

Job Overview

Assistin the direction of undergraduate and graduate admissions operations with primary responsibility for process consistency, and operational effectiveness across the enrollment lifecycle. This role leverages Slate CRM and data-informed practices to manage application workflows, support recruitment initiatives, and ensure a responsive, efficient, and applicant-centered admissions experience aligned with enrollment goals.

The position supports the operational planning, execution, and assessment of recruitment and yield events, application processing, and enrollment initiatives through the use of CRM technology, reporting tools, enrollment analytics, and continuous process improvement methodologies.

This position will have the option of a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office/2 days work from home) for those with a residence within OH/IN/KY following 90 days of training. Residence must be in the tri-state area within reasonable distance to UC Main Campus to have ability to report to campus as required. Remote work arrangements are subject to change in accordance with university policies.

Essential

Functions
  • Manage operational aspects of recruitment, yield, and admissions events, including Slate event configuration, registration processes, attendee communications, attendance tracking, post-event reporting, and assessment of event effectiveness to support enrollment goals.
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards, enrollment funnel reports, event performance metrics, application processing reports, communication engagement analyses, and conversion tracking to support data-informed decision making.
  • Assistin the direction of admissions operations with responsibility forday-to-day management of undergraduate and graduate recruitment and application processes, including oversight of workflows, communications, and application review within Slate CRM, with a focus on efficiency, consistency, and applicant experience. Monitor progress across the enrollment funnel and implement process improvements to support enrollment targets.
  • Recommend and implement operational standards, processes, and service enhancements across undergraduate and graduate admissions to improve efficiency, consistency, and responsiveness.

    Identify and address workflow gaps, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement using Slate and other available data sources.
