Verify the accuracy and completeness of retrieved documents to ensure compliance with company standards;
Organize and maintain digital and physical records systematically to facilitate easy access and tracking;
Collaborate with internal teams to support claims processing and other operational functions requiring documentation;
Communicate effectively with external sources to expedite record retrieval and resolve any discrepancies;
Monitor and report on retrieval status and delays to management for continuous process improvement;
