This mostly work-from-home role offers exposure to how to boost occupancy, market and manage vendors, and maximize profitability while gaining hands-on experience working with veteran real estate investors. Travel is required 1-2 times per month to properties in North Carolina, Georgia, and South Carolina, with compensation $18–$26 per hour based on experience.
