Executive & Business Operations Virtual Assistant; Fully Remote

• Provide executive administration, inbox management, and business operations support to a London-based electric harp company.
• Work remotely as an independent contractor with 10 flexible hours per week, Monday–Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage email inboxes, calendars, and document organization.
• Coordinate Trello tasks, shipping documentation, and supplier communications.
• Support bookkeeping administration and occasional personal tasks like Airbnb communications.

Requirements:

• Executive or administrative support experience with excellent written English.
• Proficiency with Trello and familiarity with accounting, shipping, or e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and handle confidential information.
