What to Expect- Provide technical assistance to field service technicians through phone, chat, and email communications
- Specialize in automotive drivetrain systems, offering expert guidance on domestic vehicle repairs
- Complete initial training in Saginaw, Michigan, to prepare for remote support
- Access the latest technical data and repair strategies with support from peers and leaders
- Maintain a reliable schedule to manage time-sensitive queues effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop
- Two ASE certifications (or ability to obtain within six months of hire with reimbursement)
- Valid driver’s license
- At least one year of customer service experience in a relevant role
- Experience with electric vehicles (EV)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong typing skills
