• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or the ability to obtain them within six months of hire with reimbursement).
• Valid driver's license.
• One or more years of customer service experience in roles involving direct customer interaction.

• Experience with electric vehicles (EV).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong typing skills.
