• Assist field service technicians through inbound and outbound phone, chat, and email communications
• Provide expert help on automotive drivetrain system repairs for domestic vehicles
• Complete initial training in Saginaw, Michigan, to prepare for remote support
• Utilize technical experience and listening skills to resolve repair issues
• Access ongoing support from fellow consultants and leaders in the field

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop
• Two ASE certifications (or the ability to obtain them within six months of hire)
• Valid driver's license
• One or more years of customer service experience in a role that involved direct customer interaction

• Experience with electric vehicles (EV)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong typing skills
