• Utilize your technical experience to assist field service technicians via inbound and outbound phone, chat, and email
• Specialize in automotive drivetrain systems, providing expert assistance for domestic vehicle repairs
• Participate in an initial training program to develop the necessary skills for supporting field technicians
• Access the latest technical data and repair strategies with ongoing support from team members
• Engage in opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the organization

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop
• Two ASE certifications (or obtain them within six months of hire with reimbursement)
• Valid driver's license
• One or more years of customer service experience in roles that involve direct customer interaction

• Experience with electric vehicles (EV)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Typing skills
