• Assist field service technicians through inbound and outbound calls, chat, and email
• Specialize in providing expert help on automotive drivetrain systems and domestic vehicle repairs
• Participate in an initial training program in Saginaw, Michigan, to develop necessary skills
• Utilize the latest technical data and repair strategies to support field technicians
• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders for guidance and resource sharing

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop
• Two ASE certifications (or ability to obtain them within six months of hire with reimbursement)
• Valid driver's license
• One or more years of customer service experience in any role involving customer interaction

• Experience with electric vehicles (EV)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong typing skills
