Automotive & Marine Detailer

Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Automotive & Marine Detailer based in Vashon, WA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Automotive & Marine Detailer will perform various detailing tasks, including cleaning, washing, polishing, and waxing vehicles and boats. Responsibilities include vehicle interior and exterior cleaning, applying protective treatments, performing routine inspections to identify areas requiring additional care, and maintaining tools and equipment in excellent condition.

Employees will collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

• Clean, wash, polish, and wax automotive and marine vehicles and boats
• Perform interior and exterior cleaning and detailing
• Apply protective treatments and coatings as needed
• Perform routine inspections to identify areas requiring additional care
• Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality standards and customer satisfaction

• Proficient skills in cleaning, washing, polishing, and waxing techniques for both automotive and marine vehicles
• Ability to assess and address detailing maintenance needs, offering recommendations for best care practices
• Experience in handling and maintaining cleaning tools, materials, and specialized equipment
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work efficiently
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to ensure excellent customer service
• Prior experience in automotive or marine detailing is preferred
• Willingness to work in a flexible hybrid model with capacity to commute to Vashon, WA as required
