Employer Industry: Fleet Management

- Additional compensation for weekend and evening shifts (up to $2.00/hour)

- Provide timely responses to orders submitted by phone and email in an efficient and friendly manner
- Review proposals to ensure proper services are performed according to manufacturers' interval-based timing
- Negotiate pricing, assess warranty applications, and create purchase orders according to operating procedures
- Contact clients to provide recommendations regarding repair procedures and gain approval
- Make repair recommendations and cost assessments to internal business partners
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must live in the Kansas City Metropolitan area or surrounding KS/MO counties
- Six (6) months of customer service experience required
- Six (6) months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experience in a lube shop, tire shop, repair facility, or dealership
- Degree in Automotive Technology
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications
